Welcome to our second newsletter. In this issue: Client Information System (CIS)Some time ago, we developed an in-house Client Information System (CIS) database. This system records client details, assets, and any end-user issues that are queried with the office. As our business grows, and we employ more technical staff, it becomes increasingly important to detail any critical information that relates to individual clients so that all technical staff are aware of the bespoke products and settings that each client has. We would therefore ask that any user or system issues are emailed to info@1010systems.co.uk or phoned through to the main office telephone number of 01244 408990. This issue will be logged into CIS and an engineer notified and allocated to respond. If an email is sent direct to someone’s personal email account, this may result in a delay in dealing with your issue. » Back to top. The information, which must be in legible characters, should also appear on order forms and in emails. Such information is already required on "business letters" but the duty is being extended to websites, order forms and electronic documents".
