We are looking for a highly self-motivated technical support engineer who will proactively delivery great service to our clients in technical support and project delivery. The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet, manage their own workload and maintain detailed notes in ticketing/project management systems. They will be able to manage a large number of client IT systems to a high standard, address customer issues and be willing to go the extra mile to do the best job possible. Applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar Networking & ICT support role with strong Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange and Office365 experience – administration and troubleshooting, installation, configuration and maintenance. Experience of Win7 and Win10 Operating systems is required, as is experience in telephone line, broadband and router troubleshooting.

This is a client-facing role and, and as such, all applicants should have excellent customer services, technical and problem-solving skills. A full driving licence is essential as travel to client sites will be required. A degree or equivalent in an IT related subject is essential as is a minimum of 4 years’ experience of working in a similar role.
